Wrap Up 2012
to promote reflection on messages regarding cultural diversity
to work close to the citizen's everyday life
to communicate and get to know the "other"
One of the main themes of Barcelona's Immigration Plan 2012-15 is to avoid rumors and stereotypes about cultural diversity, in that sense the Catalog was created in order to help remove these false rumors and stereotypes.
The antirumors activities' catalog was launched on July 2012. From that time until December 2012, institutions, facilities and services of Barcelona have requested activities included in the catalog.
In these 6 months, 65 activities have been developed all over the city to dismantle false rumors and stereotypes towards cultural diversity.
